Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FitSeniors (“we”, “us”) provides an online fitness platform designed for people aged 60 and over. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. FitSeniors is designed with older adults in mind but nothing in these Terms limits adults of any age from using the service responsibly.

3. Not medical advice

FitSeniors is a general fitness service. Our workout programs, recommendations, badges, and coaching messages are for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have known health conditions, recent surgery, mobility issues, or cardiovascular concerns. Stop any activity immediately if you feel unwell.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You agree to provide accurate information (such as your name, email address, and fitness preferences) and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.

5. Free content and the paid subscription

New accounts receive free access to a single introductory workout from the program selected during onboarding. Full access to all workouts, programs, and future content requires an active subscription.

Our subscription costs $9.99 per month and includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed. After the trial the subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Because FitSeniors is a digital service made available to you immediately, monthly subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use FitSeniors only for its intended purpose. You will not share your account with others, attempt to access parts of the service you are not entitled to, scrape or mass-download content, reverse-engineer the platform, or upload harmful or unlawful material. We embed workout videos hosted on YouTube; your use of those videos is also subject to YouTube’s terms.

8. Intellectual property

All programs, workouts, text, graphics, badges, and brand elements on FitSeniors are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own use while your account is active.

9. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features (including workouts, programs and badges) to improve the service. If we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will let you know by email before it takes effect.

10. Disclaimer and liability

FitSeniors is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the exercises or any content on the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

11. Ending your access

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a safety or security risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
